Note: It remains a quiet time across the NHL but the Jets do have two remaining RFAs (Logan Stanley & Declan Chisholm) so we are expecting some news on that front eventually.

Winnipeg Sun: Toews in Jets sweater would be full-circle moment. Might he be the Trade Deadline signing the Jets make to add to their depth? As Paul writes it would be quite the storybook ending for the Winnipeg product to return to his home province to help propel this team to the next level.
Winnipeg Sun: Examining the Winnipeg Jets’ worst-case scenario. It would be a disaster for this franchise to lose both players for nothing next July because you wanted to make a playoff run. That would be the literal definition of the saying ‘short-term gain for long-term pain’.
