It was a busy weekend inside Canada Life Centre with the Jets holding end of season media availabilities on Saturday and Sunday and with the Moose playing in the second game of their second round series with the Admirals.
On Saturday it was originally just supposed to be players speaking but with the chaos that ensued from the players disagreeing with their coach’s post-game 5 assessment, bench boss Rick Bowness was added to the mix.

The team thereafter decided to schedule the media availability with Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff on Sunday AM. That turned out to be a 40+ minute back and forth that was interesting more for the tone than the substance.
That puts a bow on the 2022-23 season for the Winnipeg Jets.
