Note II: Over in Sweden it was a battle of Jets prospects last night as Arvid Holm (2017 6th) got back in the win column with his Färjestad clud as they defeated Simon Lundmark (2019 2nd) and Linköping 5-1. Holm made 27 saves on 28 shots. Lundmark had one shot on net in 14:33 minutes of ice time.
Note III: Today we learned that Finnish forwards Joona Luoto and Kristian Vesalainen were returning to Winnipeg for training camp according to their respective teams in Liiga.

There is no doubt that these seven teams facing each other almost 10 times in this bizzaro season is certainly going to add an element that we are not used to seeing. The second game of two played in the AHL is almost always more intense and it should be equally that way in the NHL.
