Note:  Nothing changed in terms of group composition on day 2 of Jets training camp as both group 1 and group 2 stay the same (including the absence of the same players who were missing on Monday).  You can also hear the day 2 availability of coach Paul Maurice.

Note II:  On Tuesday we also learned that the Jets will do battle against the Canucks on July 29th as their one and only exhibition opponent leading up to the play-in series against the Flames.  We also learned the start times of the games between Winnipeg and Calgary.

Note III:  Today will see group 1 hit the ice at 7:45 AM while group 2 takes to it at 9:15 AM.  Be sure to keep it locked here for day 3 training camp coverage.  Check out coach Paul Maurice’s media availability from this morning here.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Maurice preparing for unfamiliar foe in Flames. (Paywall).  Won’t be any game film to cut from their one game being the outdoor Heritage Classic back in October of 2019 (which seems like it was a lifetime ago).  But both teams will be in the same position.
