Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets finished off their home stand last night with a 2-1 shootout loss to the Sabres which means they went 3-0-1 during the home stand and sit with a 11-5-2 record.  Today they have the day off before returning to action with a practice on Sunday ahead of a four-game road trip.  The big news ahead of puck drop last night was the news that the Jets had recalled Kristian Vesalainen from the Moose.

Note II:  The Moose are in the midst of a four-game road trip of their own which has seen them earn a split in the first two contests.  Today they are in Michigan to take on the Griffin with a morning skate at 10:15 am and puck drop at 6 pm (times are central).

Note III:  Tune in for three hours of Winnipeg Jets and NHL hockey talk on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show on TSN 1290 Winnipeg starting at 9 am.  Listen here.
