Note: It was a busy practice for the Jets on Saturday although the big news was that they have lost Dmitry Kulikov for at least a month after he sustained an upper-body injury on Friday night. Today the team will skate at 9:30 am for morning skate as they prepare for the Devils before puck drop at 6 pm.
Note II: The Moose played the Griffins last night in a goal and fight filled affair that saw the home side kicked it old school on retro jersey night to pick up a 6-2 win which concluded the four-game home stand. They left this morning for Texas and will play four straight away from Bell MTS Place starting with a school day game Tuesday morning at 10:30 am against the Rampage.

NBC Sports: It’s time to stop labeling Blake Wheeler as underrated. As I said on yesterday’s Illegal Curve Hockey Show (which coincidentally you can listen to below) I think it largely has to do with the fact that Wheeler plays in Winnipeg.
