Note:  Some new numbers for players next season.  The most significant for fans is that Jack Roslovic is ditching his familiar 52 for the number 28 (which if he players with Ehlers and Laine could see a line of 27-28-29).  As well Laurent Brossoit is 30, Nicolas Kerdiles is 49, Seth Griffith is 16, Simon Bourque is 52 and Dennis Everberg is 45.

Jets news:

NBC Sports: Jets might need to pay Trouba like a star, and that’s OKHis arbitration date is set for the 20th and it will be interesting to see what happens with the Jets top pairing defenceman.

The Athletic Winnipeg:  The Jets signed Connor Hellebuyck to a long-term deal. Will he be worth it? (Paywall).  Missed this from Murat as he looks at the long term aspect of this deal to determine if it will be worth it.
