Winnipeg Jets Ville Heinola and David Gustafsson get new numbers

With it getting closer to crunch time and the Jets determining who will be on their 23 man roster to start the 2019-20 season a pretty good indication that 2019 1st rounder Ville Heinola and 2018 2nd rounder David Gustafsson will make it was the news this morning from Jets PR that these two players had been assigned new numbers for the season.  Not exactly something you do if they were both returning to Europe.

Ville Heinola will wear 14.  Last worn by Anthony Peluso.

David Gustafsson will wear 19.  Last worn by Nic Petan.
