Winnipeg Jets training camp injury updates

Some players have left games early while others have simply been absent from training camp.  That list includes Logan Stanley (left Sunday’s game early) with a lower-body injury, Nelson Nogier (left Saturday’s game early) with a lower-body injury and C.J. Suess (hasn’t been listed on a training camp schedule since last week).  He also provided an update on prospect Dylan Samberg who suffered a high-ankle sprain on day 1 of camp.

Today Jets coach Paul Maurice provided updates out at the IcePlex for his injured players.

Logan Stanley

“Logan Stanley is really day-to-day. Might morning skate tomorrow, is not going to play tomorrow night but we got him out of the game at the right time. He feels good. So that’s a positive.”

Dylan Samberg

“I think that we were really open with Dylan Samberg. High-ankle. He’s a ways away right.”

C.J. Suess

“C.J. Suess is kinda somewhat between Logan Stanley and Dylan Samberg. It’s going to be weeks but not a month I don’t think. It’s going to be three weeks maybe.”

Nelson Nogier

“He’s kinda in that, we think, week or two.”.
