Winnipeg Jets to host prospect development camp July 4th to 8th

For the first time in four years the Jets will be holding a development camp.

The two seasons prior to last were not held as covid wreaked havoc with scheduling and last summer, with some prospects dealing with bumps and bruins, others heading to the summer World Juniors and the organization having the benefit of watching some (Daniel Torgersson & Henri Nikkanen) play for the Moose it was decided by the team to not host one after the draft in Montreal.

Along with the news today that they signed 2022 6th rounder Fabian Wagner to a three-year ELC the team also announced that they would host a development camp from July 4th to the 8th.

Will be a good opportunity to get back to normal and allow the young prospects an opportunity to get familiar with each other as well as with the city.
