Winnipeg Jets sign goalie Laurent Brossoit to a one-year deal

It is a one-year deal ($650,000.00) for the netminder from BC.  He was drafted by the Flames in 2011 and last season split time between the Edmonton Oilers (14 games) and the Bakersfield Condors (29 games).

As per Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press:

“Connor Hellebuyck should be happy with today’s goalie signing by the #NHLJets — he and Laurent Brossoit train together in the off-season, are in the same goalie program and share the same agent. #wfp”.
