As per the Winnipeg Jets, they have signed Centre Adam Lowry to a three year, $8.75 million contract. Lowry, 25, was drafted by the Jets back in 2011 (3rd round, 67th overall). Lowry had 8 goals and 13 assists in 45 regular season games last year and added two assists in 17 playoff games.
With this deal, Lowry and the Jets avoid arbitration. The hearing was set for Sunday, July 22 in Toronto.
