Winnipeg Jets recall Morgan Barron from the Moose on an emergency basis

The Jets are without Kyle Connor and Nate Schmidt who are in covid protocol. They won a shootout last night in Buffalo with a bare minimum number of guys but today they announced the emergency recall of Morgan Barron from the Moose.

This is the first Jets recall for Barron who the team acquired in the Andrew Copp trade at the deadline.

Barron has played two games for the Moose in the AHL which included scoring this nice 3rd period goal (see here) to tie the game late in the game.
