Winnipeg Jets assign two players from training camp

Coach Paul Maurice was asked following the Jets OT loss to the Blues if he planned on making any training camp roster cuts and he indicated that they had reduced their number by two players by returning the two junior aged players to their respective teams.  Jets PR thereafter tweeted that information:

Declan Chisholm (Peterborough)
Giovanni Vallati (Oshawa)

This leaves the Jets with 45 players at camp:

Goalies (5): Laurent Brossoit, Connor Hellebuyck, Eric Comrie, Adam Carlson and Mikhail Berdin.

Defencemen (15): Anthony Bitetto, Tucker Poolman, Neal Pionk, Dmitry Kulikov, Ville Heinola, Josh Morrissey, Logan Stanley, Nathan Beaulieu, Cameron Schilling, Sami Niku, Declan Chisholm, Luke Green, Nelson Nogier, Giovanni Vallati, Johnathan Kovacevic, Leon Gawanke and Jacob Cederholm.

Forwards (25): Andrew Copp, Adam Lowry, Bryan Little, Mark Letestu, Blake Wheeler, Nikolaj Ehlers, Jack Roslovic, Logan Shaw, Joona Luoto, Mark Scheifele, Gabriel Bourque, Mason Appleton, Mathieu Perreault, Seth Griffith, JC Lipon, David Gustafsson, Andrei Chibisov, Jansen Harkins, CJ Suess, Michael Spacek, Emile Porier, Kristian Reichel, Cole Maier, Kristian Vesalainen and Skyler McKenzie.
