The Jets are 2-0 after sweeping a back-to-back with the Oilers to kick off the preseason. Today they welcome the Flames as they look to keep their run against Alberta based clubs alive.
We’ve learned the playing group will be made up as follows:
Forwards (12): Vladislav Namestnikov, Alex Iafallo, Jansen Harkins, Rasmus Kupari, Adam Lowry, Dominic Toninato, Mason Appleton, Jeffrey Viel, Jeff Malott, Nino Niederreiter, Parker Ford and Cole Perfetti.
Defence (6): Brenden Dillon, Ville Heinola, Declan Chisholm, Logan Stanley, Artemi Kniazev and Kyle Capobianco.
Goalies (2): Connor Hellebuyck and Oskari Salminen.
Now based on how things have looked at training camp to date it would seem likely they will run as follows:
Namestnikov-Perfetti-Niederreiter
Iafallo-Lowry-Appleton
Harkins-Kupari-Ford
Viel-Toninato-Malott
Dillon-Heinola
Chisholm-Bauer*
Stanley-Kniazev
Hellebuyck
Salminen
*Tyrel Bauer comes in for Kyle Capobianco who left the ice early and is dealing with a groin issue.
