The Jets left Vegas yesterday night with a 5-2 loss as they kicked off the road trip with a fair effort against the defending Stanley Cup champs but their special teams continue to not be special and that was the difference in the hockey game.

Skate news:

With the changes in the game last night against the Golden Knights it wasn’t certain if that line juggling would continue or if the team would return to the lines they had been using. As per Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press there are no changes today in Tempe.

Lines and D pairs:

Connor-Scheifele-Iafallo
Perfetti-Namestnikov-Ehlers
Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton
Barron-Kupari-Gustafsson
Toninato

Morrissey-DeMelo
Dillon-Pionk
Samberg-Schmidt
Stanley-Chisholm

Hellebuyck
Brossoit

Jets take on the Coyotes tomorrow afternoon in Arizona. Puck drop between Winnipeg and Arizona will be at 3 PM CDT. Don’t forget to join us after the game on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show.
