Winnipeg Jets Practice Report

After a disappointing OT loss the Jets practice ahead of next game vs Wild.

The Jets snatched defeat from the jaws of victory after giving up a late (10 seconds left) 3rd period goal to the Sharks last night which allowed San Jose to tie the game and then giving up the OT winner to Logan Couture which turned a potential modest two-game winning streak into a two-game points streak instead.

Skate news:

As per Mitchell Clinton of the Jets no Pierre-Luc Dubois this morning at skate. He think it is for maintenance reasons although he did have an awkward collision in the neutral zone last night. He didn’t miss any game time but might be worth noting. We will have to wait for an update when coach speaks. Without 80 Mitch has the lines and D pairs as follows.

Ehlers-Scheifele-Niederreiter
Connor-Gustafsson-Wheeler
Namestnikov-Lowry-Appleton
Barron-Stenlund-Maenalanen
Kuhlman-Gagner-AJF
