Winnipeg Jets Playoff Practice Report

The Jets finally know their opponent and will practice once more before game 1 on Wednesday.

The Jets finally learned on Monday night that they will face the Canadiens in their second round series after Montreal took out Toronto last night in game 7. Not sure how many people picked these two teams to be facing each other for a chance to represent the North Division in the Conference Finals.

Skate news:

As per Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet only Paul Stastny is missing from this morning’s skate.  He indicated that Dominic Toninato is skating in his place which would seem to indicate it is simply maintenance for the veteran forward.
