Note: The Jets started their road trip in Colorado as they wrapped up a home-and-home set with the Avalanche. Somehow they never trailed in the game en route to a 4-2 victory which put them just three points back of the Preds (who lost last night) for the final wild card spot. They are off today.
Note II: The Moose were also in action last night and they were able to arrest their slide with a big 1-0 win over the Senators as goalie prospect Thomas Milic made 32-saves for his fourth shutout of the season. With the victory they were able to gain some important ground on the 3rd place Stars and increase the distance between themselves and 5th place. They are off today.
Note III: Jets prospects Kevin He (2024 4th) got things started for Flint in game 2 of their series scoring the first couple goals of the game. First was shorthanded and second was reviewed before it was called a good goal. Turned out to the GWG.
