Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers: Today’s Hockey Headlines | Mar 17, 2026

Note: The Jets were off on Monday after sweeping both games they played with wins against the Avalanche and the Blues. Morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 10:30 AM CT so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 7 PM CT.

Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Nashville, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 9:40 PM CT.

Note III: The Moose were off on Monday after returning home from four games out west which included a 4-2 win over the Wranglers in Calgary on Sunday. They will hit the ice for a practice today as they prepare for tomorrow’s school day game against the Admirals which kicks off four straight at home.

Global News: Winnipeg Jets, Cole Perfetti share common goal of avoiding lost season. Both the team and player are trying to work their way out from what hasn’t been a particularly good season although the individual appears to be the more likely of this duo to come away with a positive result.
