Note: The Jets had a quick trip to St. Paul which saw them demolish the Wild by a final score of 6-2 for their fourth straight victory. Today, they are back in Winnipeg where they were scheduled to practice as they get ready to host the Leafs tomorrow night but will instead take the day off.

Note II: The Moose, who saw Thomas Milic get named to the AHL All-Star Game on Thursday, are in Laval to take on former bench boss Pascal Vincent (who will be coaching in the game for the second straight season) and his top ranked Rocket squad. With the recall of Elias Salomonsson (and with Isaak Phillips already up) the team recalled Ben Zloty from the ECHL. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets get Wild, earning a 6-2 win over Minnesota. It was a wacky and unexpected result.

Winnipeg Free Press: Winning streak continues as Jets steamroll Wild. (Paywall). Mike was in St. Paul and provided his analysis of the wacky game he witnessed in person.

Global News: Jets extend win streak to four games by thrashing Wild 6-2. That was a massive win for the visitors to show up against a very tough opponent.
