Jets news:

TSN: Uncertainty lingers around Jets in preparations for 2026-27. Largely re-examines the Hellebuyck situation, looks at the offseason additions and more.

The Athletic Winnipeg: Projecting the Winnipeg Jets’ opening-night roster in 2026, 2027 and 2028. (Paywall). I tend to agree with Murat that the opening night roster for this season is a bigger challenge to predict more so than in previous seasons. Although some things aren’t difficult to project (see photo below).

The Athletic: Winnipeg Jets are No. 28 in NHL Pipeline Rankings for 2026. (Paywall). He doesn’t have a particularly high opinion of the prospect depth in the ‘Peg. Not sure his assessment of Elias Salomonsson as a “third pairing Dman” is going to hold up.
