Note III: Playoff hockey is around the corner for the Manitoba Moose who will play host to the Milwaukee Admirals in the first round. All three games will be played here in Winnipeg starting on Wednesday (tickets on sale here). The AHL club will hit the ice today and tomorrow for practice so stay tuned for all the latest.

Winnipeg Free Press: Jets’ Lowry, Perfetti determined for team to come back stronger next season. (Paywall). When you think of it these two, especially Lowry, were so far behind the rest of their teammates when it came to running the same race. And when we heard from them both on Friday each said they likely pushed to come back too early.
