Note III: The Moose also travelled yesterday as they returned from their four-game road trip which saw them win their final two contests including an impressive 5-1 victory over the Marlies in Toronto. They are scheduled to practice today as they get ready for a big test when the best team in the west arrives for a pair of games including an afternoon matinee on Friday. Note IV: After receiving a game misconduct in the last Flint victory, Jets prospect Kevin He (2024 4th) was scheduled to be back in action but he was suspended by the OHL for Game 4.
However, his Firebirds didn’t need him as they wrapped up their series with a four-game sweep which saw them outscore the Attack 35-3. Out west, Manitoban Owen Martin (2025 3rd) and his Spokane club extended their series as they won their game and he scored a shorthanded goal.
