Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets can’t escape from L.A.  A slow 1st period was all a team like the Kings needed to put this one to be pretty quickly.

Winnipeg Free Press:  OK, OK, Buff can stay.  Gary makes a mea culpa about his original stance on Dustin Byfuglien as a power forward vs. being a defenceman.

Winnipeg Sun:  Kings deliver royal beatdown.  It was a rough night for pretty much everyone on the team.  When we took to twitter following the conclusion of the periods and the game fans were not pleased with their team.

Winnipeg Sun:  L.A. 5.1 earthquake leaves Jets unsettled.  One thing you can say about living in Winnipeg is you never have to worry about an earthquake.  Probably a tad disconcerting to those players who have never experienced something like this before.

The Telegram:  IceCaps end road trip with shootout loss to Bears.  While a loss is never a good thing, the team can take some solace in the fact that they finally earned a point.  After the team went 13 and 1 since February 18th they have hit a bit of a mini-slump (0-2-1) as this team tries to get ready for the playoffs.
