Winnipeg Free Press:  Playing poker.  Remind me not to play poker with Ed.  He picked up some tells during Kevin Cheveldayoff’s presser.

TSN:  Staal named Team Canada captain.   Jets fans won’t be surprised to read that captain Andrew Ladd was named alternate captain for Team Canada at the World Championships which begin in Helsinki and Stockholm tonight.  Team Canada starts the tournament against Denmark on Sunday.
