Northern Colorado 5:  Eagles lose second straightUnfortunately another loss in Alaska and this time something happened that hadn’t occurred in almost a year, Colorado was shut out.

CBA news:

TSN:  NHL reviewing NHLPA’s counter offer after meeting.  Looks like we will be experiencing a different sort of Winter Classic as the NHL digests the counter offer they received from the PA.

Sportnet:  Season on the brinkWhile the Mayans were wrong about the world ending in 2012 had they limited their prediction to the NHL they may well have been right.  We can probably expect some fun language coming from today’s meetings between the two sides.
