Note III: The Moose have a final day of practice here in Winnipeg before they embark on a six-games in 11 day road trip which will begin in Milwaukee on Thursday and end in Laval the following weekend. They will hit the ice at 10:30 AM CST for skate.

Note V: Speaking of prospects with the OHL Trade Deadline coming up in two days there is a good chance Kieron Walton (2024 6th) who is tied for the OHL points lead gets dealt by Sudbury. One of the junior insider accounts (who was right about another Jets prospect Kevin He being dealt) thinks it happens later in the week as the Wolves GM looks to create a bidding war.

He actually had a pretty good line in the scrum yesterday where he said “when you do get in them you want to be throwing first and not wait and see what happens”.

He was not “preaching to the choir” based on the comments from many in the fanbase following the conclusion of his media avail on Monday.
