Note: The Jets, sans Josh Morrissey who was listed as day-to-day, hit the ice on Sunday for a practice as they prepared to conclude this short, two-game homestand with a game this evening against the Oilers. The team will hold an optional morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 9:30 AM CST so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 6:30 PM CST.

Note III: The Moose are back from their holiday break and will hit the ice this morning for practice as they prepare for the New Year’s Eve day game against the defending Calder Cup champion Canucks.

Note IV: In prospect related news Kevin He (2024 4th) was dealt from Niagara (7th in East) to Flint (1st in West) in a big swap that was rumoured to be happening 11 days ago and which was made official yesterday. Sticking with the OHL, Jacob Cloutier (2025 7th) had two assists in a win for Saginaw and was named 3rd Star of the Game.
