Note: The Jets were cruising towards their first consecutive wins in almost a month on Monday as they closed out their four-game homestand against the Senators. However, they couldn’t stop Ottawa during a 6 on 5 opportunity and then the visitors got the 3-2 win in overtime. They will practice this morning at 11 AM CST before heading on the road for the final three games before the Christmas break. Stay tuned for the Practice Report.
Note II: The Moose were off yesterday after a weekend that saw them win big on Friday and then lose equally big on Sunday. Today, they will head to Siloam Mission to volunteer.
Jets news:
Winnipeg Sun: Jets end homestand on a downer, lose to Sens. While it wouldn’t have launched them into a Top 3 position in the Central a win on Monday would have meant that the Jets went 2-2-0 on the homestand which seems a lot better than 1-2-1. Paul breaks it down.
