Note: The Jets played the Capitals last night which saw Winnipeg honour Nino Niederreiter for getting to game 1000 and MVP Connor Hellebuyck was activated off IR and made his return three weeks after he had a procedure on his knee. The home team played one of their most complete games of the season rolling to a 5-1 victory. They are off today.

Note II: The Moose practiced on Saturday as they look to wrap up their four-game set with the Wild this afternoon in Winnipeg. They took the game on Friday with a commanding 6-1 win and will look to build on it with another victory this afternoon. Illegal Curve Hockey Show: Saturday PodcastThe losing continued in Winnipeg as they fell to 0-2 on this four-game homestand with Boston taking it 6-3 on Thursday. They have two wins in their last 11 games and five in the past 18. This team continues to trend in the wrong direction. Which gave us plenty to talk about on the IC Hockey Show. We were joined by Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press and play-by-play voice of the Manitoba Moose Daniel Fink.
