Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Note: The Jets, including Connor Hellebuck who took part in his first practice, skated on Wednesday as they look to build on most of the good things they did to kick off this homestand against the Stars. Morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 10:30 AM CST so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 7 PM CST.

It isn’t just Perfetti although it’s probably most noticeable for him because he is on what is supposed to be a scoring line but also applies to Lowry and Samberg. Missing that much time puts you behind the rest of the league with them playing catch-up.

Winnipeg Sun: NHL’s Bettman to Jets fans: Why not fill the place? There are 10 teams below Winnipeg in terms of percentage of arena capacity. Of course CLC is the second smallest building in the league. But True North has spent quite a bit of time and resources trying to reverse the trends and it appears to be working.
