Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Keeping you up-to-date with all the latest pro hockey news in Manitoba.

Note: The Jets practiced on Wednesday which was more of the same with the exception that Haydn Fleury didn’t skate with the team after wearing yellow, non-contact in the morning skate the day prior. We didn’t hear from head coach Scott Arniel and the team is off today so the earliest update will be tomorrow following morning skate.

Note II: We did learn later that evening that the Jets had signed captain Adam Lowry to a five-year contract extension.

Note II: The augmented Moose hit the ice for a practice on Wednesday as they look to keep their four game win streak alive now that they’ve gotten some reinforcements from the NHL club. They take on the Wolves this evening. Puck drop is at 7 PM CST.
