Note: The Jets and Stars did battle in Game 1 of their second round series last night in Winnipeg which saw both teams play an uneventful opening period, the home team score first, the visitors (aka Mikko Rantanen) strike back with a natural hat trick and then the fifth and final goal off Mark Scheifele to make it a one goal game. While the home team pushed for the tie in the final frame they were unable to do so and they lost 3-2 which gives Dallas a 1-0 series edge. Today they are scheduled to hold a media availability at 1 PM CDT.
Note II: Pair of Jets prospects will do battle tonight in the OHL as Colby Barlow (2023 1st) and his Generals go up against Jacob Julien (2023 5th) and his undefeated Knights in London. Puck drop is at 6 PM.
