Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Keeping you up-to-date with all the latest pro hockey news in Manitoba.

Note: The Jets held a final skate in Winnipeg before jetting off to St. Louis on Wednesday. Only healthy player missing was Dylan DeMelo who we were told was simply taking a maintenance day. We also learned that Gabriel Vilardi remained in a yellow, non-contact jersey and that Nikolaj Ehlers would not be making the trip to St. Louis. Morning skate for Winnipeg gets underway at 12 noon CDT so stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 8:30 PM CDT.

Note II: Join us live at Boston Pizza on Taylor for an IC Watch Party. If you cannot be there in person then after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and St. Louis, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 11:10 PM CDT.

Note III: While our Moose coverage isn’t entirely done yesterday was the end of the season for daily coverage of the AHL club of Manitoba. We will still have lots of content coming your way from our end of season media chats here on site and on our YouTube channel. Thanks to everyone for following along for a 10th straight season.

Note IV: Add one more prospect heading to a Conference Finals as in the WHL 2023 1st rounder Brayden Yager and his Lethbridge squad defeated Calgary at home to advance.
