Note: The Jets took Wednesday off after they defeated the Hurricanes 3-0 the night before to run their win streak to seven games which is the third time this season they’ve done that. Today they leave that in the past and turn their focus onto the Islanders who they face tomorrow night which wraps up the pre 4 Nations portion of the schedule. Note II: Today is the final day off for the AHL All-Star break for the Moose. They are expected back in action tomorrow when they hit the ice to prepare for the Wild who they face this weekend.

Note III: The Jets power play is scoring at a historic of 33.8% rate through 55 games this season. Connor Hrabchak looks into what has changed this season to see them go from bottom of the pack to top of the league.
