Note: The Jets and Predators played a tight game last night in Winnipeg before Dylan DeMelo got his first of the season and then Gabriel Vilardi on the power play late in the game blew the game open when he went ‘bang bang’ as Dennis Beyak was found of saying. The team would go on to a 3-0 victory although there was some bad news as Mason Appleton is out “week-to-week”. With the win the Jets improved to 27-10-1 on the season maintaining their top spot in the league as they picked up their fourth straight victory. However, tonight they face an Avalanche squad that has also won four straight although they aren’t nearly as good at home (9-8-0) as they are on the road (13-7-0). No morning skate for the visitors given they played last night. Stay tuned for the pre-game report to ensure you’re up-to-date on the latest. Puck drop is at 7 PM CST.
Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Colorado, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 9:40 PM CST.
Note III: The Moose will look to close out 2024 with a bang in their annual New Year’s Eve game as they take on the Stars in a re-match. There will be a bang as the team will host a post-game indoor fireworks display. Puck drop is at 4 PM CST.
