Note: The Jets were off on Tuesday as they gave the guys a day away from the rink in La La Land. Today they will be back in action taking on the Kings this evening in Los Angeles as their arduous road trip continues in California. Morning skate gets underway at 1 PM CST so you can check out the pre-game report which will feature all the latest news. Puck drop is at 9 PM CST.

Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Los Angeles, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game starting around 11:40 PM CST.

Note III: The Moose hit the ice for practice on Tuesday where we got some health updates and spoke to Jets prospects Fabian Wagner and Tyrel Bauer. We also learned yesterday that Manitoba will be naming the 11th captain in the 25 year history of the AHL squad. Stay tuned for that.

Note IV: It was a big night for Jets prospect Brayden Yager (2023 1st) last night as he had 4A for Moose Jaw (two primary, two secondary) in their 7-4 win. He’s at 11G 19A for 30 points in 20 games for the Warriors. His pts/g boosted from 1.37 after his 19th game of the season to 1.50 after game 20.

Winnipeg Free Press: Chevy’s Hollywood heist pays off big time. (Paywall). I was thinking about this last week given the contributions all three have made to the Jets while Pierre-Luc Dubois is no longer part of the Kings organization. Of course all three teams (Winnipeg, Washington and Los Angeles) are all having success but there is no question which team is doing best from this trade between the Jets/Kings.
