Note: The third day of training camp was chaotic as it was a gameday as well as Fan Fest down at hockey for all centre. After the morning and afternoon festivities there was a hockey game to be played at Canada Life Centre which saw the Jets lose to the Wild by a final score of 5-2 although fans did get to see 2023 1st rounder Colby Barlow rip home his first in a Jets uniform in Winnipeg. From one gameday to another with the Jets playing group taking off for Edmonton as they will take on the Oilers tonight in Alberta.

Note II: The Cole Perfetti situation continues to loom as we await to see which side blinks first in this game of chicken.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets’ Fleury wasn’t missing Saturday’s game, and with good reason. He received a special delivery early in the AM and then had a chance to make his Winnipeg debut hours later in what will be a memorable day for his family.
