Note: The Jets followed up a really good win in New York with a not so good loss in New Jersey as their penalty kill failed them (three goals against with the man advantage) as they frittered away another good effort by netminder Laurent Brossoit. The Jets are in East Meadows, NY to practice as they prepare to face the Islanders tomorrow. Stay tuned for a Practice Report.

Note II: Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet provided an update yesterday on Gabriel Vilardi indicating the Jets are operating under the assumption the winger will return this season.

Note III: The Moose were off on Thursday after splitting the first couple of games of their six-game homestand with the Griffins. Today they will hit the ice for practice as they prepare to face the Abbotsford Canucks this weekend.  Check back for the Practice Report.
