Note: The Jets were off on Monday following a 6-1 drubbing of the Blue Jackets in Columbus which kicked off their five-game road trip. Today they are in NYC where they will take on the Rangers this evening in a battle of the top team in the Central against the top team in the Metro. Morning skate for the Jets gets underway at 10:30 AM CDT. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 6 PM CDT.

Note III: The Moose hit the ice on Monday in Winnipeg for a practice after a few weeks on the road as they prepared themselves for six games at home which starts this morning at 10:30 AM CDT against the Grand Rapids Griffins. The other news from yesterday was that Jets goalie prospect Thomas Milic was named the AHL Player of the Week.
