Note: The Jets got back on the good side of the ledger on Monday night as they played a fairly consistent game along with their two newest Jets as they rolled to a 3-0 win over the Capitals to being the three-game homestand with a victory. They are off today.

Winnipeg Sun: ‘Heavy-shot’ Colin Miller eager for chance at playoff run with Jets. Lots of folks comment how the Jets power play has been lacking a big booming shot from the backend since Dustin Byfuglien hung them up and it would appear that Miller could add that element to the unit.

Winnipeg Free Press: Hellebuyck nets fourth shutout of season in 3-0 victory over Capitals. (Paywall). It was certainly not his most difficult goose egg but it is impressive that he’s already at 36 in his career.
