Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Keeping you up-to-date with all the latest pro hockey news in Manitoba.

Note: The Jets needed to bounce back from a disappointing loss to the Flames on Monday and while they played far from an ideal game the power play continues to score (2/4) and Laurent Brossoit was excellent (36 saves on 39 shots) when he needed to be (especially in 2nd when he gave up just one goal on 17 shots) which propelled them to  a 6-3 win over the Wild. After playing three games in four days they are off today. They will be back on the ice tomorrow for practice before they take off for Chicago.

Note II: The Moose were off on Tuesday following a tough weekend series with the undefeated in 2024 Admirals. They will resume practice today as they prepare for their weekend set with the Calgary Wranglers. Be sure to check back for the Practice Report.

Note III: We are getting closer to 6K in subscribers on the Illegal Curve YouTube channel which is where you’ll find: IC Hockey Show (every Sat at 9 AM), IC Post-Game Show (after every Jets game), Jets & Moose practice interviews as well as Jets & Moose pre-game & post-game interviews.
