Note: The Jets hit the ice on Tuesday for an optional practice which saw both Gabriel Vilardi and Mark Scheifele taking part although Rick Bowness labelled them as day-to-day after the skate. With it being a gameday all eyes will be on morning skate which gets underway at 10:30 AM CST. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.
Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Toronto, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game. And tonight you can join us at Boston Pizza Taylor for our live on location.
Note III: The Moose did not get loose last night as they set a franchise record losing streak of ten games (0-9-1) as the Wolves held on for a 2-1 win. While Ville Heinola won’t ever be confused for a forward he did get his first goal of the season to bring Manitoba within one goal late in the game. They conclude their four-game homestand tonight in a re-match with the Wolves. Puck drop is at 7 PM CST.

Winnipeg Free Press: Jets’ streak fun while it lasted. (Paywall). While streaks are nice and give us something to talk about I suspect the only streak folks on the NHL team of Winnipeg care about is the one that sees a team pick up 16 wins (not necessarily in a row) in June.
