Gabe Vilardi got his deal with the Jets done on Wednesday agreeing to a two-year contract which means that Winnipeg resolved both arbitration cases without the need for arbitration.

Really not a surprise that the two sides went with a bridge contract given the level of unfamiliarity they have with each other. This will give them the requisite time to figure out if they want to make a long-term commitment or not.
