Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Jets, Moose & Ice news, video and audio.

Note: Sunday was a tough day for fans of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as they lost by a single point to the Argos in the 109th Grey Cup dashing their chances as a threepeat. Still a lot to be proud of given what they accomplished this season as well as their back-to-back championships.

Note II: The Jets held an optional practice on Sunday and the most notable event was Morgan Barton taking part as he continues to recover from wrist surgery. Today they conclude their three-game homestand against the Hurricanes. There will be plenty of content today so keep it locked here starting with the morning skate which gets underway at 9:30 AM. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 6:30 PM.

Note III:  Tonight, after the final buzzer sounds between the Jets and Hurricanes, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game. This season you’ll have a chance to win great schwag including authentic Jets jerseys, hats, etc after every single game (For a variety of ways to enter click here).

Note IV: After wins on Saturday night both the Manitoba Moose and Winnipeg Ice are back in business on Tuesday with games. The Moose will take on the Admirals in Milwaukee in a battle for top spot in the Central while the Ice look to win 16 in a row when they welcome Lethbridge to Winnipeg.
