Note: The search for a head coach appears to be over for the Jets with news from Darren Dreger of TSN that the team is gonna hire Rick Bowness who is a familiar name to folks in Winnipeg having been a player and coach with the 1.0 version. Update: Jets have now made it official.

Note II: The attention will now switch to the 2022 NHL Draft which takes place in Montreal on Thursday July 7th and Friday July 8th. A reminder that the Jets have two 1st round picks (14th overall and 30th overall), one 2nd round pick, one 3rd round pick, one 6th round pick and one 7th round pick.
