Note: The Jets picked up a big win over the Sharks last night as they defeated San Jose 4-1 . The top line of Pierre-Luc Dubois, Kyle Connor and Evgeny Svechnikov continued their strong play, Nate Schmidt picked up his first goal as a Jet which turned out to be the game winner (in front of his family in Winnipeg for the first time) and the team didn’t let up after they built themselves a lead. Today they are scheduled to practice at 12 noon so stay tuned for the Practice Report.

Note II: The Moose are looking to build on the momentum they created on Wednesday in Milwaukee when they kick off the final weekend of this six-game road trip when they take on the Griffins in Grand Rapids. Puck drop is at 6 PM CT.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets snap two-game skid with win over Sharks. The most important thing for the Jets is you’ve seen the team get better, whether they were losing or winning games, the last three or so.

Winnipeg Sun: New-looks Scheifele line doing all sorts of good despite lack of production. You can just sense that it is right there for 55 and company and the expectation is that the dam will burst sooner rather than later.
