Winnipeg Free Press:  Russian offer puts space between Pavelec and JetsRock meet hard place.  The Jets are in the somewhat untenable position of having to retain their number one goalie, but having to do so at a price well above fair market value.  Is this simply posturing by Pavelec’s agent?  Jets GM Cheveldayoff and company are going to have to play some fairly high stakes poker to find out.
