Sportsnet: Jets focused solely on matchup vs. Canadiens despite opportunity on horizon. As I tweeted yesterday Blake Wheeler and this team for that matter have maintained a singular focus which is illustrated by the captain’s comment yesterday that he “isn’t looking past tomorrow”.

Winnipeg Sun: Maurice says whichever team is ‘truer to itself’ will win between Jets and Canadiens. We saw the blueprint the Jets employed against the Oilers and they will have to be similarly consistent if they want success against Montreal.

Winnipeg Sun: Province, Jets to allow up to 500 fully vaccinated health-care workers for Games 1 and 2 vs. Habs. Seems like yesterday was a good day to be off social media as this became quite the hotly contested issue online. 

Winnipeg Free Press: Rest vs. rust, the debate continues. (Paywall). There are clearly benefits to both and potential pitfalls for both and we will see which team is able to get their game in place before the other.
